Corporate Associate (Mid-Level) – New York

Job Requirements

• JD 2020 - 2022
• Previous large law firm experience required.
• Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York.
• Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A, venture capital financings and/or growth equity financing transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions or in providing strategic support to startups or venture capital firms.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds.
