Responsibilities
- Work primarily in the corporate practice group on mergers and acquisitions and private offerings.
- Advise on corporate governance matters and assist with commercial contract preparation and review.
- Handle business structure, reorganization, corporate finance, tax, and succession planning issues.
- Interact directly with clients and provide tailored legal solutions in complex corporate transactions.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team and engage in business development activities.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 4-7 years of corporate and transactional experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, and corporate governance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- Ability to independently handle routine matters and build client relationships.
- Experience with corporate and partnership taxation concepts preferred.
