Corporate - Mid-Level Associate

About the role

The Corporate Mid-Level Associate position is available in multiple U.S. locations within a leading national law firm. This role is designed for attorneys with 3-8 years of corporate law experience, offering opportunities for significant client exposure and hands-on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions
• Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate matters
• Draft and negotiate complex corporate documents
• Work closely with clients, colleagues, and internal teams to ensure successful transaction outcomes
• Conduct thorough due diligence and provide comprehensive analysis
• Prepare and present legal opinions and other materials to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 3-8 years of corporate law experience at a reputable law firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent matters and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience advising public companies
• Exposure to securities law and corporate governance matters
• Capital markets transaction experience
• Experience working directly with executives, boards, or in-house legal teams
• Background handling complex transactions from diligence through closing

Benefits
