Responsibilities
The Mid-Level Corporate Attorney will work on a variety of sophisticated corporate, transactional, and financial matters. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Managing deal execution and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate, transactional, or finance matters
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
