Corporate Mid-Level Associate
About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time Associate in the Corporate Practice of our Las Vegas office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients, large and small, from various industries across the country.
- Engage in public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments.
- Draft acquisition agreements and other complex M&A and private equity transaction documentation.
- Show strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
- Manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize strong academic credentials and writing skills.
Requirements
- Three to six years of significant experience in corporate transactions.
- An emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments.
- A strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related documentation.
- Proficiency in drafting acquisition agreements and other complex M&A and private equity transaction documents.
- Admission to the Nevada Bar.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $185,000 - $225,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Commute/Transit
Commuter and transit programs may be available in certain markets.
