Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Role Overview

A well-established mid-sized firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate for its New York City office. The associate will join a high-performing transactional team advising clients on:

• Entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters
• Commercial agreements and shareholder/operating agreements
• Mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings
• Risk management, compliance, and business advisory issues

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in general corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, and business transactions
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and across departments
• Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive in)
