Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with clients, following up on their questions and concerns.
- Conduct initial interviews and complete a needs assessment to understand your client's unique situation.
- Evaluate all available products and offer your client's choice and options.
- Stay informed with the support of our back office on all industry updates and changes.
- Communicate with team members to support your community and become a subject matter expert for your clients.
Requirements
- A valid drivers license.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good computer and software skills.
- A teachable spirit.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Skills
