About the role
The role involves answering incoming calls, providing information, and selling insurance products. Successful candidates will need to obtain necessary state insurance licenses during training.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and convert callers to qualified leads and sales
- Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information
- Address customer needs, explain product differences, and assist in product selection
- Complete enrollment applications over the phone
- Meet performance goals in areas of sales, attendance, and consumer experience
- Obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses
- Meet annual product certification requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Within 30 days of starting, obtain all necessary state insurance licenses (can be completed during training)
- Ability to work regular shifts, including weekends, with flexibility to adjust schedule
- Livest within a commutable distance to the Miami, FL office

Pay
Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $24.04 per hour, with the possibility of bonuses based on sales performance. The average annual earnings range from $50K to $65K, with top performers potentially earning up to $80K.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home up to 3 business days per week after successful completion of training and on-the-job nesting period.
