What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Build the Chapter Onboarding Playbook
- Standardize and design a digital "Starter Kit" (using Canva and Google Workspace) to guide new universities through starting a local NAfSA chapter.
- National Database Ownership
- Maintain, clean, and segment our national membership database.
- Set up automated monthly check-ins and update workflows.
- Peer-Mentorship Operations
- Cook up calendar scheduling and feedback loops for our regional chapter mentorship programs, ensuring local leaders have the resources they need.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- A strong interest or degree alignment in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Organizational Leadership.
- An organized, proactive, and empathetic communicator who is passionate about supporting student leaders in the African diaspora.
- The ability to commit 20 hours per week remotely on a consistent schedule.
