What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Build the Chapter Onboarding Playbook
  • Standardize and design a digital "Starter Kit" (using Canva and Google Workspace) to guide new universities through starting a local NAfSA chapter.
  • National Database Ownership
  • Maintain, clean, and segment our national membership database.
  • Set up automated monthly check-ins and update workflows.
  • Peer-Mentorship Operations
  • Cook up calendar scheduling and feedback loops for our regional chapter mentorship programs, ensuring local leaders have the resources they need.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

  • A strong interest or degree alignment in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Organizational Leadership.
  • An organized, proactive, and empathetic communicator who is passionate about supporting student leaders in the African diaspora.
  • The ability to commit 20 hours per week remotely on a consistent schedule.
