Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and referral data to share insights.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and community outreach.
  • Partner with care coordination for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years in business development, sales, or outreach, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for local travel.
