Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, rehab centers, and community organizations.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and networking events to build trust and visibility.
- Educate stakeholders on how services improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and referral data to share insights.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and community outreach.
- Partner with care coordination for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve growth targets.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or outreach, preferably in healthcare.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for local travel.
