National Programs Project Coordinator
About the role
The National Programs Project Coordinator supports the growth and execution of national customer programs across AlphaGraphics' portfolio. This role requires managing multiple aspects of customer service and coordination, from initial prospecting to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in client prospecting and lead development, including creating customer-specific proposals and supporting the RFP process
- Onboard new accounts and execute legal and financial documentation for smooth customer set-up and transition
- Manage relationships with active national accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
- Carefully coordinate complex projects between national customers and AlphaGraphics franchise centers, ensuring high-quality execution, attention to detail, and timely delivery
- Maintain visibility into project timelines, shipping logistics, and delivery deadlines, providing accurate updates to customers
- Update and prepare customer design files for print production, addressing issues such as resizing artwork, adding bleeds, fixing missing links, and troubleshooting basic file issues
- Handle centralized billing and invoicing processes with accuracy, maintaining a basic understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and profit margins
- Create presentations and supporting materials in Google Slides for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, finance, and franchise partners to support program growth and execution
Requirements
- Experience using Google Workspace, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of financial reporting concepts
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative
- Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives

Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design
- Experience using Monday.com
- Print industry knowledge, including file types, substrates, sizing, and print methods
- Experience in account management and/or customer service environments
- Experience working with franchise networks or distributed business models
- Familiarity with XMPie uStore software
Skills

Pay
$60k - $75k is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on overall qualifications and experience.
