Executive Leadership: Membership Director (Remote | National Impact)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Shape Strategy
• Develop and execute high-impact national strategies to recruit and onboard new chapters and retain our vibrant member base.
• Lead & Empower
• Ledirectly with the National Executive Board (NEB) and Communications team to ensure local student voices are elevated.
• Manage Programs
• Oversee the membership lifecycle, mentoring program leads to keep engagement high and active.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• A strong background or active interest in organizational leadership, communications, human resources, or community management.
• An organized, empathetic communicator who understands or is eager to learn about the unique needs of African students in the diaspora.
• The ability to commit 5–7 hours a week remotely.
