Executive Leadership: Finance Director / CFO-Track (Remote | National Impact)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Oversee the national budget, funding allocations, and financial accounts in accordance with state/federal regulations and GAAP standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to analyze expenditure reports and align funds directly with our impactful student programs.
• Work adjacent to the Fundraising Zone to map out future financial benchmarks, cash flows, and sustainable growth models.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• A degree, active enrollment, or solid foundation in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet modeling, bookkeeping software, or general non-profit compliance guidelines (or a strong willingness to learn).
• A meticulous, trustworthy individual capable of managing remote processes independently.
