About the role
As a National Accounts Pricing Specialist, you will help our Executive Sales teams and field teams across ABC Supply and ABC Interiors, acting as the central point of contact for all pricing-related needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for all pricing requests, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with required inputs prior to execution and within appropriate SLA time.
- Review incoming pricing requests and contracts to validate accuracy, consistency, and alignment to agreed structures, identifying any discrepancies, gaps, or missing information.
- Proactively follow up with Executive Leadership and Sales teams to clarify details, resolve questions, and obtain approvals when needed to move pricing forward.
- Gather and organize all necessary data, documentation, and approvals required to successfully set up and execute price agreements.
- Maintain ownership of the Master Program Report, ensuring all pricing data, contract details, and updates are accurately reflected and up to date.
- Support the successful execution of pricing through coordination of price changes, level adjustments, and contract setup, ensuring completion within service expectations.
- Frequently monitor pricing analytics and validation checks to ensure consistency between submitted requests, contract terms, and system setup prior to finalization.
- Support pricing projects as requested.
- Complete any other price maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related pricing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Required to be in office 5 days a week.
