About the role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate follow-up, collection, reconciliation, and resolution of patient accounts and third-party payer claims for a Critical Access Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate follow-up, collection, reconciliation, and resolution of patient accounts and third-party payer claims
• Support the hospital's financial health by ensuring maximum reimbursement from various payers

Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable and billing experience required
