Responsibilities
- Prepares daily bank deposits; reviews for accuracy.
- Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintains accounts receivable aging.
- Aids in accounts receivable processes through correspondence and collection calls as directed.
- Prepares customer invoices; reconciles customer accounts.
- Retrieves credit reports and assists with review of customer credit issues.
- Maintains accounts receivable files.
- Assists with related special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Educational background: High school diploma, associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of multi-site accounts receivable experience in the same or similar industry.
- Technical skills: Computer literate; proficient with MS Office 365.
- Industry-specific experience: Experience with distribution-specific ERP systems.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
- Teamwork: Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Organizational skills: Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, walking.
- Lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Pay
$27/hr.
