Mid Level Associate - Corporate M&A (GA / IL / NC)

Kilpatrick is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with at least 3+ years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a mid to large law firm.

About the role

The associate will support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals—and work in a collaborative environment on sophisticated, high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft M&A transaction documents
• Conduct corporate due diligence projects
• Manage complex transactions to closing
• Apply corporate governance principles and federal securities laws

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant M&A transactional experience
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred
• Excellent academic credentials

Pay

Expected salary: $260,000 – $315,000
