- 3 to 6 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating principal acquisition documents.
- Background in cross-border transactions and global restructurings is a plus.
- Illinois Bar admission required.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A transactions across various industries.
- Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related deal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and advise clients on transaction structure and risks.
- Cook up with cross-practice teams on tax, employment, IP, and regulatory issues.
- Handle post-closing integration and governance matters.
- Support junior associates and contribute to team development.
