About the role
LP’s Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactional and governance matters. We also write regularly on topics of interest to our clients.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with specialist teams, organize transaction checklists, drive multiple deal workstreams and conduct efficient and thorough due diligence.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
