Miami - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
The candidate should have significant litigation experience, possess excellent academic credentials, and must be licensed to practice law in Florida. This position works a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on-site.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment matters
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports
- Train and mentor junior attorneys
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-8 years of labor and employment law experience
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
