Orlando - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 to 8 years of litigation experience to join the Orlando office. Labor and employment law experience strongly preferred, unfair competition and trade secrets experience a plus. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include significant litigation experience. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration matters
- Provide guidance on labor and employment laws and regulations
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Participate in client meetings and consultations
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Conduct research and prepare legal memoranda
- Manage case files and track progress
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of litigation experience
- Experience in labor and employment law, with an emphasis on unfair competition and trade secrets
- Florida bar membership

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is available on a hybrid schedule, combining both remote and in-office work.
