Las Vegas - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-6 years of Labor & Employment and litigation experience to join the Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Prepare and present arguments in court and before administrative agencies
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm
- Conduct research and prepare legal memoranda
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-6 years of Labor & Employment and litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Experience in labor and employment law

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
