About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-6 years of Labor & Employment and litigation experience to join the Las Vegas office.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Prepare and present arguments in court and before administrative agencies
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm
  • Conduct research and prepare legal memoranda

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of Labor & Employment and litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Nevada

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Experience in labor and employment law
  • Strong litigation skills
  • Excellent research and writing abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
