Las Vegas - Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

About the role

The Las Vegas office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Defend private and public entities in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board
• Significant experience in labor and employment law preferred, but open to developing talent in any litigation area

Requirements

Admission to the Nevada Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.

Qualifications

Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law are preferred.
