About the role
Clark Hill is seeking a junior-level Associate Attorney to join our litigation practice in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week.
Responsibilities
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Participate in trial preparation and courtroom activities, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition preparation
- Provide exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Show strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
Requirements
- At least 1 year of litigation practice experience
- An active Nevada bar license

Pay
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $165,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
