Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - North Dakota

About the role

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network of contracted therapists.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential contract providers in mental health services.
• Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts with providers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding provider contracts.
• Manage and update the contracted provider database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in North Dakota.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
