About the role
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network of contracted therapists.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contract providers in mental health services.
- Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts with providers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding provider contracts.
- Manage and update the contracted provider database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in North Dakota.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health therapy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
