Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand mental health service offerings.
- Collaborate with community partners to identify gaps in mental health services and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding mental health services.
- Provide ongoing training and support to contracted providers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health services or related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in North Dakota.
- Experience in contract provider management and network development.
Qualifications
