Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and organizations within the provider network
  • Identify gaps in mental health services and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to improve mental health outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in North Dakota
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in various settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with healthcare providers and organizations
  • Experience in developing and implementing mental health care strategies
  • Knowledge of mental health policies and best practices
