Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - North Dakota

About the role

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network for mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential contract providers in the mental health field.
• Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts with new and existing providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding mental health provider contracts.
• Manage and update the provider network database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience working with insurance companies and understanding their requirements.
• Knowledge of telehealth services and ability to integrate them into the provider network.
• Ability to travel within North Dakota as needed.
