Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - North Dakota

About the role

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new contract providers into the network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for contracted providers.
• Manage provider contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to contracted providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
