Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers across North Dakota
- Identify and evaluate potential new providers for inclusion in the network
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare provider contracts
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment with community health priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in North Dakota
- Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with healthcare providers
- Knowledge of North Dakota healthcare policies and regulations
