About the role
Provide mental health therapy services to clients in North Dakota. Work closely with the provider network to develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients in various settings including clinics, schools, and community centers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers to ensure a robust and diverse network.
- Participate in regular meetings with the provider network to discuss best practices and address any issues that arise.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to mental health therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed to practice as a mental health therapist in North Dakota.
- At least 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy services.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
