Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - North Dakota

About the role

Provide mental health therapy services to clients in North Dakota. Work closely with the provider network to develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients in various settings including clinics, schools, and community centers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers to ensure a robust and diverse network.
• Participate in regular meetings with the provider network to discuss best practices and address any issues that arise.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to mental health therapy.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice as a mental health therapist in North Dakota.
• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy services.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
