About the role
We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Stabilization Center.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and milieu therapy.
- Supporting development and maintenance of clinical standards, quality services, and new programs.
- Serving as a resource for clinicians, offering consultation, education, and mentorship.
- Coordinating services with healthcare professionals and educating clients, families, and community members.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Alaska licensure (e.g., Social Worker, Counselor, Psychologist) upon hire.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience.
