About the role
We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center, including assessment, treatment planning, and providing individual, family, and group therapies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Develop and enhance quality clinical services
- Mentor and support staff members
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Must hold an Alaska clinical license upon hire
