About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to provide comprehensive clinical services at a Crisis Recovery Center. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family, group, and milieu therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services, including assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family, group, and milieu therapy
• Support program development and maintain standards of practice
• Offer consultation, education, and mentorship to staff
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in community education

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Alaska license (e.g., Social Worker, Counselor, Psychologist) upon hire
