About the role
We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to provide clinical services at a Crisis Recovery Center, delivering comprehensive client care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on positive community impact.
Responsibilities
- Assessing clients and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing individual, family, group, and milieu therapy
- Supporting client education and community outreach
- Coordinating care with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field
- Professional Counselor License (LPC), Psychological Associate License (LPA), or Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) upon hire
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
