About the role

The Reminiscence Coordinator leads the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia receive compassionate, individualized care and engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in compliance with regulations and company standards
• Support families through meetings and education
• Develop dementia-appropriate programming to promote purposeful days
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to meet care needs
• Monitor quality indicators such as behaviors and medication management
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management
• Manage the department budget
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Support a strong, trained team dedicated to resident-centered care
