Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Scheduling Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all scheduling policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Communicate appointment details and important information to patients in a clear and professional manner.
- Audit, update, and maintain electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent customer service.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational goals and patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and respond professionally in challenging situations.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support different departments as business needs change.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient services, or medical administration is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
