Medical ICU Registered Nurse - Rotating or Night Shifts

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate registered nurses for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) with experience managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions. Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and advocate for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior ICU experience preferred; new graduates are considered.
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration skills, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
