Registered Nurse - ICU (Rotating/Nights)

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medications. Contribute to patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individualized care plans, communicate effectively across care teams, and address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.Qualifications & Skills: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of ICU experience. Licensure as an RN is mandatory; BSN and CCRN are preferred. Prior ICU experience is highly valued. Strong clinical judgment, collaboration skills, and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
