Registered Nurse - ICU (Rotating/Nights)

Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate registered nurses to care for critically ill patients in a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Responsibilities include: providing direct patient care, assessing and planning individualized care, educating patients and families, promoting safety and quality compliance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications: A Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree and two years of ICU experience are preferred. Current RN licensure is necessary. Prior ICU experience and certifications like BSN and CCRN are advantageous. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and a patient-centered approach. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness is essential.
