Registered Nurse - ICU (Rotating/Nights)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate registered nurses for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care with education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Requirements

• RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred).
• Prior ICU experience and BSN/CCRN credentials are preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration skills, and commitment to safe, patient-centered care.
