Registered Nurse - ICU (Rotating/Nights)

We are seeking compassionate registered nurses to work in a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) with experience managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions. Role & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following established nursing standards.Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with measurable goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license; BSN and CCRN preferred.Prior ICU experience is advantageous.Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience: No prior experience required; two years preferred.
