Role & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
- Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license.
- Experience: No experience required; prior ICU experience and CCRN certification preferred.
- Additional: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights
