Registered Nurse - Medical ICU - Night Shift

Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Hours: 36 hours/week, night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care. Delegate tasks appropriately and work collaboratively as part of a team to meet unit goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; minimum of 2 years critical care RN experience requiredCurrent Illinois RN licenseCPR certification from American Heart AssociationACLS certification within six months of hire Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and compliance with nursing standards are essential.
