Registered Nurse - Medical ICU - Night Shift

Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Type: Full Time, 36 hours/week Hours: Night shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by unit or shift. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)Minimum of 2 years RN critical care experienceCurrent Illinois RN licenseCPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)ACLS certification within six months of employment Key Attributes: Critical thinking, strong assessment skills, teamwork, and adaptability to diverse clinical scenarios.
