Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care - Nights Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate and implement patient care plans ensuring interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Personalize patient and family education based on individual needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered critical care during night shifts, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective nursing practices while collaborating with the healthcare team and engaging in ongoing professional development.
