Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and safety protocols.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and maneuvering to support patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license valid in the state or applicable licensure compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or others based on unit requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and mobility tasks.
