Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, upholds patient rights, and maintains confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or unit-specific credentials may be required based on the unit.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other movements necessary for patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing nursing skills and knowledge.Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Uphold patient confidentiality and rights.Maintain professional standards and compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
