Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions tailored to patient needs.Evaluate care quality and collaborate with healthcare team members.Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety protocols.Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license valid in the state or compact license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC) may be necessary based on unit.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, kneeling, and reaching tasks.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
