Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days of hire.Additional certifications may be required based on the department, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat during shifts.
